Terms and Conditions:

Taster Sessions: Each child is entitled to only one taster session. Once a child has attended a taster session, they will not be eligible to book or attend another taster session in the future.

Booking and Payment: All bookings for after-school sessions and holiday workshops with The Design Table must be made in advance. Payment for sessions is required in full at the time of booking to secure your child's place. Payment can be made securely through our online booking system or via alternative payment methods specified by The Design Table.

Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations are at the discretion of The Design Table. In the event of cancellation by the participant, refunds may be provided if sufficient notice is given and subject to the club holder's discretion. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions or late cancellations unless under exceptional circumstances, as determined by The Design Table.

Attendance and Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive promptly for all sessions. Late arrivals may result in missed activities or disruptions to the group. The Design Table reserves the right to refuse entry to participants who arrive excessively late without prior notification.

Health and Safety: The Design Table prioritizes the safety and well-being of all participants. Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements their child may have. Participants are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by The Design Table and to behave responsibly during sessions.

Liability: The Design Table is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during sessions unless directly caused by negligence on our part. Participants and their parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Design Table and its representatives from any claims arising from participation in our sessions.

Photography and Promotion: The Design Table reserves the right to take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. By booking a session, participants and their parents/guardians consent to the use of such media for marketing and publicity purposes.

Changes and Cancellations: The Design Table reserves the right to make changes to session schedules, venues, or instructors if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. In the event that a session is cancelled by The Design Table due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
